Quality Manager Owns the QA chain end to end — material certification, inspection records, traceability and the consolidated inspection report that ships with every batch. The signature behind every documented delivery.

Manufacturing Engineer Translates client drawings into manufacturing reality — process selection, tooling specification, production setup and the technical handover to the production floor.

Supplier Development Manager Builds and maintains the manufacturing network that sits behind every Pamatek contract. Audits supplier capability, validates new processes and ensures the network can deliver on the technical commitments we make to clients.

Logistics & Operations Manager Owns the flow of components from process to process and from manufacturing to client dispatch. The person who ensures that the integrated supply model actually behaves as integrated in practice.
