Inspection and PPAP
PPAP-level documentation, 3D measurement on CMM equipment, 3D scanning, X-ray and spectrometer testing — built into every batch. Our large inspection department ensures consistent quality, with inspection reports created for each batch and delivered alongside the components.
Inspection data and traceability are linked directly to each part and remain available throughout its full service life — ready before they’re requested.
ESG and recycled aluminium
Scope 1 and Scope 2 reporting integrated into our supply chain, with recycled aluminium as our standard offering where applicable. CO₂-neutral shipments enabled through the use of biofuel, and the option to calculate CO₂e at component level.
One supplier covering both the component and compliance — built for tender requirements and corporate procurement policies.
Food safety compliance
Components produced in accordance with the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration’s Smiley scheme, EHEDG hygienic design principles, and full material traceability that withstands audit.
The right material grade, surface finish and weld geometry are engineered into the component from the start — not identified later at inspection.
Our quality framework
Quality at Pamatek runs across three levels — measurement and documentation, environmental responsibility, and food-grade compliance. Each one is built into the supply chain itself rather than added as a separate certification. Together they form the trust framework that makes us a partner across regulated industries.
Quality is not a department. It's a supply chain decision.
Most suppliers treat quality as an inspection step at the end of the production line. We treat it as an engineering decision at the start. By the time a component reaches the inspection bench, the quality conversation is already over — what matters is whether it was designed in or designed out from the first DFM review.
That's why our quality framework runs across three levels — measurement and documentation, environmental responsibility, and food-grade compliance. Each one is built into the supply chain itself rather than added as a separate certification.
